Refund & Cancellation
Non-Refundable Policy
Please note that all bookings at Domestory Agro Tourism are strictly non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures under any circumstances.
Why this policy?
As a boutique lakeside retreat with limited capacity, cancellations significantly impact our operations. This policy ensures that we can maintain our high standards of service and keep the property ready for all our guests.
Rescheduling
While we do not offer refunds, we may consider rescheduling requests in exceptional circumstances, subject to:
- Availability of alternative dates.
- At least 7 days prior notice before the original check-in date.
- Payment of any difference in rates for the new dates.
- A rescheduling fee may apply.
Rescheduling is at the sole discretion of the management.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date), the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and the reservation will be cancelled.
