1. Booking and Payment

By making a booking at Domestory Agro Tourism, you agree to the following terms:

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Full payment or a specified deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the booked rate.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Standard timings:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Conduct

We strive to maintain a peaceful and natural environment. Guests are expected to:

• Respect the natural surroundings and local wildlife.
• Maintain silence during designated silent hours (12 AM – 6 AM).
• Follow all safety instructions provided by the staff, especially regarding lake activities.
• Refrain from any illegal activities on the premises.

4. Liability

Domestory Agro Tourism and its management are not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Personal injury or accidents occurring during your stay or while participating in activities.
• Delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property, domes, or equipment during their stay and will be charged accordingly for repairs or replacements.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
